BSNL Tamilnadu Circle and BSNL Chennai Telephones has introduced two new STVs PRBT STV99 and VOICE STV319  under GSM Prepaid mobile services with the Features and “Terms & Conditions” as detailed below:

Introduction of new STV 99 and STV 319:

    The Activation of the STV319 will be available through C-Top-Up, Self-care and Web Portal.

    The Activation of the STV99 will be available through C-Top-Up and Web Portal only.

**  On activation of the PRBT bundled STV99, default BSNL signature tune will be activated free of cost. If customer wants to change default BSNL signature tune to commercial song, then user has to pay separately as per existing End User Price.                   

      # The Validity of STVs will end at 23:59 hrs of last day irrespective of time of re-charging             on 1st day i.e., Calendar Day validity.
