The concessional voice calls/SMS are not allowed to customers on 05.11.2018 (Pre-Diwali Day) and 06.11.2018 (Diwali Day) being the Blackout days in CHTD (including Tamilnadu Circle). Charges are applicable as per Base plan. 

It is hereby conveyed that the implementation of the same is for ALL PLANS, Except for Talk time and SMS offer in CTOP-UP PLAN, Free Voice/SMS in New Police VPN Plan, Free Talk Time in Employee CUG Plan and Plan Freebies of Prepaid Plans: Plan 2099, Plan 1699, Plan 999, Plan 666, Plan 485, Plan 429, and Plan 186
