Refill booking through IVRS/ SMS for INDANE LPG customers of Chennai

Indian Oil Corporation has introduced an automated system for booking of LPG refills through IVRS (Interactive Voice Response System) for the convenience of Indane LPG customers in Chennai.

For booking through IVRS system, Indane customers can dial 81240 24365 from landline or mobile phone.

The following simple steps will be required for booking of refill, lodging complaints or to know the status of the refill booking 

1.   The system will first ask for language selection, 
      press 1 for Tamil or press 2 for English
2.   Then it will ask to press the telephone number 
      of your Gas Agency with STD Code
3.   Press 1 to confirm the Gas Agency or 2 to re-enter
4.   Enter your consumer number of the gas connection
5.   Press 1 to confirm the consumer number or 
      2 to re-enter
6.   Then it will ask to press 1 for booking refill, 2 for
      complaints and 3 for status of refill booking
7.   Press the required number and get confirmation.

With introduction of this system, Indane customers in Chennai can book their refill at any time of the day, 24/7.

Customers can make subsequent bookings for refill by sending SMS 'REFILL' to the same IVRS number.
